The End of the Myth: From the Frontier to the Border Wall in the Mind of America by Greg Grandin

5.0

Covers a huge topic—the rise and evolution of frontier theory and practice through to the present day—but does so in a surprisingly concise and coherent way. One of the few reaction-to-Trump books that will be valuable for decades to come, and would be perfectly apt even if 2016 had gone the other direction.
