This was more like 2.5 stars. The first half in particular really dragged for me, and the pacing never picked up by the end. The ending was also super predictable and convenient.

Regardless, I’d still categorize this as a readable thriller in that it’s the kind of audiobook that is worth picking up if happens to be available now through your library.
