This story has gorgeous art, but the pacing is all over the place. A former model dreams of being a makeup artist, and a tall plain girl dreams of being a model. By working as a team, they're both trying to achieve their dreams. However, the pacing is so jumpy it threw me off. The entire arc of them learning each other's dreams agreeing to work together, and trying to win at the AOI festival is over in a flash. It's less than the full chapter before it's complete. There were many sweet moments, and the art was beautiful, but the plot pacing is just so jank. I hope it evens out in the next volume.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for an advanced copy in exchange for my honest review!
