Butts: A Backstory by Heather Radke
5.0
When I saw this at Barnes and Noble I thought “how much could you possibly write about butts?” By the end of reading, however, I found myself thinking it could be twice the length and still not cover it all. Radke is wide-ranging and all-encompassing in her approach to the topic, bringing in history, biology, feminism, gender, queerness, exercise, fashion, and a hefty dose of pop culture. I was pleasantly entertained while reading this, and deeply interested throughout.
