The premise hooked me and I enjoyed the writing. Even though I wanted more time with these characters and the mystery, I think Rio did a good job wrapping it up just enough that it doesn't bother me too much while still having some loose threads. (That said, I might reccomend to flip to the back and stick a bookmark at the acknowledgements because there's about 20 pages of extra material so the ending could sneak up if you're not aware of that). The vibes are off the charts... having spent a good bit of time in a university and town that reminded me of the one in Graveyard Shift, I was really into the atmosphere.
