I thought the storyline was intriguing and I love a good badass, take no hit FMC like hi one had.

I was a bit disappointed that the trials felt rushed while the build up to the trials dragged a bit. Considering the title and description , I would hv liked th trials to encompass more of the story.

Overall, this one don capture my attention. But just because it wasn’t for me doesn’t mean you won’t love it. I want to thank S.E. Schaefer for providing me an ARC to review.
