First of all, I loved this book. I will take no criticism because it was just so good! Phoebe gets recruited to the WMLS and at the same time for the national team’s January camp. There, she meets Grace and the rest of the team after being late to her first meeting. She proceeds to talk and talk and talk and as an ADHD girlie I clocked the representation immediately. Anyway, Phoebe gets into a bet with Grace where Grace has to kiss her if she wins in a training exercise. I don’t want to spoil the rest of the book but it is so stinking cute!! I really appreciate how the story comes together and I also clocked the autism representation so I thought that was pretty cool! I recommend this book to anyone who likes sports romances and neurospicy representation.
