First time I read this short story, I gave it 3 stars (no idea why). Second read I give it 5 stars. It is a great self-sufficient story that doesn't require having read any of the rest of the series for it to be complete. Not a single scene, it is a story on its own. It is like reading an adult Hansel & Gretel of a sort.
