The Last Mortal Bond by Brian Staveley
5.0
The Last Mortal bond is the final book in book I the Chronicles of the Unhewn Throne Trilogy. And it's on this last book that the trilogy finally feels like what it was meant to be.
Brian Staveley is a really good author to follow, as he improves with every installment.
Book 1, was good, but had some issues with World Building. Book 2 fixed the world building issues, but added some dumb character moments. Book 3 fixed those dumb character moments and fleshed out the world even more.
The Last Mortal Bond, also had some great action, and gripping scenes. Easily some of the best in the entire series, and rivaling that of the greats, like Sanderson
I very much enjoyed my time with this book, and am wanting to read more from Brian Staveley.
