I couldn’t put this book down once I started. For me this book was all about how even a small act of kindness can change a person. Eleanor is ignored, and the butt of all the office jokes and without any human contact or compassion she pretty much runs on auto pilot. It takes small acts of kindness to break through to her and help her connect with the world. Always be kind, you could be saving a life
