PHENOMENALLY DEEP READ! I loved this book. I felt so many emotions during this story that it was hard to distinguish the reality from the fiction. And in saying that, then reading the authors know and finding out that it's all true just in a short time span, really makes you think. It really makes you consider life and how minimal some of our struggles are in comparison to others struggles. It is a book that opens up your eyes and makes you want to look past stereotypes and see people and situations for what they are and not what is perceived in Media or by another person's beliefs and thoughts. I think the author was able to intertwine so many aspects into this story and in between each other and there were points that were so shocking to me, like the main character's sister, I had no idea until the surprise happened.
