(Read French physical edition - Volume 1 (this one) + Volume 2 and 3)
I watched the movie on Amazon Prime and really enjoyed it. Flashy and fun. So decided to read the original source material. Was able to find the French collections at the Ottawa Public Library. The comics are a lot of fun also. Interesting that in French, it is called "Valerian and Laureline" , not just "Valerian". Valerian is kind of dumb in the comics. Laureline is the brains.

Actually started off with Volume 3 first, and the first story mostly corresponded to the movie.
