Baptism of Fire by Andrzej Sapkowski
4.0
In this book we get more of a classic adventure tale. Lone wolf Geralt unintentionally builds a merry band of adventurers as he sets off on his quest to save Ceri. Included is the bestest bro-dude Dandelion the bard, a no-nonsense archer, a Nilfguardian soldier looking for redemption, and a vampire healer. The ending was kind of funny too. At this point I'm enjoying their adventure way more than the actual plot. The whole 'save Ceri' plot is tedious and boring at this point. I feel kind of bad for saying this but I pretty much hate Ceri and I would probably love this book a whole lot more if they just cut her out of this whole thing.
I'm not sure if I will continue with series.
