This was an odd book in that it felt both rushed AND too long. I think Cabot wasted a lot of description on unimportant stuff, and didn't devote enough language to the plot. And yes, there is another. freaking. love triangle between a vampire, the girl who decides she loves the vampire after one day, and a super-tough non-vampire.
