I picked up this book after hearing the little audio clip that had been circulating. I went in blind, was honestly thinking this would be some mediocre romance and am pleasantly surprised to say I was wrong. I did not expect to enjoy this romance as much as I did.

The plot was engaging and enjoyable, the characters jumped right off the page. Huang has a knack for fine details and I devoured!!! every single one. I couldn't put this book down and if I hadn't started reading so late at night, probably could have finished it in one sitting.

I'll def be picking up the next book in the series.
