This Is Your Brain on Food: An Indispensable Guide to the Surprising Foods That Fight Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and More by Uma Naidoo

2.0

It is like a student sharing their barely systematized research notes, with some self-praise and superficial anecdotes in between. The beginning was somewhat promising, and then it went down to unspecific lists after uncountable "such as" and "ask your doctor" liability avoidance.
(I struggle to find science-based books on nutrition to recommend.)
