I really enjoyed this story. Great battle scenes and a solid story of acceptance and overcoming prejudices.

Though it had the 'romance requirement' like all YAs, the character growth of the main character and everyone really, makes it so believable. Though the relationship felt like Romeo and Juliet, both Eelyn and Fiske stay true to themselves and grow together despite years of cultivating hate for the other's clan. Definitely would recommend it, especially the audio version!
