Some really useful stuff in here including handy exercises. Above all, I found the reframing of writing as craft rather than gift heartening. Not sure if I agree with Klinkenborg's confident assertions that one particular, minimalistic way of writing is the only good way to write. Did enjoy hearing Klinkenborg read the examples and his corrections aloud for the audiobook - brought an extra layer of humour to it.

A particular bonus of the audiobook is hearing Verlyn Klinkenborg's excellent name read several times in quick succession during the copyright notice at the end.
