I have to say that the first 2 books were promising and I truly didn’t see anything too similar to another popular series. I thought that the series could actually stand on its own.

Until I read this book. The similarities are just too many to ignore in this book. I wish the author put more effort into developing her characters and their stories without feeling the need to copy whole character arcs from other authors.
