I read this book in a day, I couldn't put it down and it is still haunting me. After finishing it right before bed I had to talk myself down so I could sleep. Ignore the Oprah seal of approval and read it. The Road is one of the most realistic visions of an apocalyptic future, and a heart breaking story of a father and his son.
