I devoured this book in one day. I am a big fan of the podcast Knox hosts with Jamie Golden, The Popcast, so I have been looking forward to this book for quite some time, and it did not disappoint. Knox walks readers through his experience growing up in the Bible Belt as someone who has more questions than other church members are willing to supply answers for. He rationalized his questions with what he saw in pop culture.

Many times in this book I was literally laughing out loud. Other times I was reading hilarious excerpts to my husband. This book is so well written. You can hear Knox's voice throughout the book and his footnotes are on point. I am concerned with his obsession with Target though...
