3 STARS for me.

To begirn with, some parts of this book I couldn't really relate to. I really wanted to like it, but I found a lot of the content inapplicable to my profession as a foreigh language teacher. Secondly, I didn't get the 'gender war' aspect of it, it might have been the case half a century ago, but not nowadays. Therefore, the whole thing sounded rather outdated. Also,as I see it, it mostly has to do with those working in the corporate world, but not as much with those holding regular type of jobs.
Anyway, You have to take from this what’s applicable and appropriate for you.
It would be totally unfair to say the book is a complete BS. There have been some decent tips, but overall, nothing life changing for me personally.
