Night Shift by Stephen King

dark slow-paced

3.5

SK in his early writing era. A collection of short stories from the late 1970s. Some stories were great, some were gruesome, and some have evolved into longer novels later in his career. Overall, I don't think this is a particularly need-to-read collection unless you're a die hard SK fan. His sense of self and writing talents have evolved far beyond this early book, for which I am grateful.
