I consider this book a must read for all women in the workforce. Sheryl is validating, encouraging, and inspiring. She has given me so many useful takeaways to help me grow as a person, both professionally and personally. I have already been able to make huge steps towards setting and achieving my goals using a totally different way of thinking.
