Must read for anyone that interacts with people in persuasive atmospheres and situations. Sometimes you'll think... "I don't do that.." but you do! We all want to belong to humanity by being able to connect. Sometimes... it's ok if the connection does not happen. I have found myself more forgiving of others and their viewpoints after reading this... I can still hold them accountable... but I don't have to hold onto it.
