While the plot's a crazy ride, I only got halfway through this RH "rock band meets the mafia" series until I couldn't stand the FMC anymore. She cries like 500 times, which makes sense because her life sucks, but seriously her moves are to sob, faint, trip, totally botch arguments, and have men carry her. If you're looking for an emotionally destroyed, extra-submissive woman that needs care, you might enjoy this book. That's not really my cup of tea, so I'm skipping out.

The last Jaymin Eve book I read was the Curse of The Gods series, which involved the FMC tripping 500 times, so I think Jaymin Eve books just might not be for me.
