Summer Frost by Blake Crouch
5.0
I was waiting for the release of The Forward Collection for weeks and when I got my hands on it, this was the first story I pounced on. Because Crouch.
Right from the very first page, I was hooked. It was wholesome- an intriguing plot, AI, interesting characters, the rightful use of the gender-neutral pronouns, a message on ethics and morality, and the unbelievable thrill that Blake Crouch's words provide.
The last couple of pages didn't live up to the engrossing previous pages but this will be a story I will remember for a long time.
