These girls go through so much at such a young age. The adults completely fail these girls. It was empowering to see how they all got through being so young yet strong at the same time. This book had me feeling so many emotions. As a momma of two, I just wanted to hug all of the girls in this book.

Grady Hendrix also outdid himself with all of the research about child birth, women anatomy, and the emotions that surround being pregnant and giving birth.
