By far the best damn fantasy book I've read this year. It's a total post-Western style story where the main character is pulled back into the fray against his will. The adventure is fun as hell, and the characters are pretty unique. Pacing is fantastic, and the lore and world building are great. This book flows amazingly between hilarious to badass to sentimental.

I have to recommend the audiobook, if not for one hilarious moment later in the book, but it's not necessary.

This is the first time I've finished a book and immediately pre-ordered the sequel.
