The character studies in this… like every single character, minor or major, felt so real and fleshed out. As a major fan of the tv shows Scandal and How To Get Away With Murder, this itched that scratch of mine so well and I enjoyed every second of this. Can’t believe that this is a debut novel as well. Will definitely be picking up more Regina Black in the future — I’m smelling series potential for Mia and Joe and Julia and Benji 👀
