Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals by Oliver Burkeman

hopeful inspiring reflective medium-paced

I loved this book, although I think it's important to go into it with the right expectations. It isn't going to give you a lot of tips and tricks on how to manage your time, you're not going to get a lot of practical strategies (although it did give me the single most useful piece of advice I've ever gotten from a time management book: when you're faced with a difficult choice, choose uncomfortable growth over comfortable stasis). But what it does give you is a mindset and perspective, a framing that will help you make wiser choices and perhaps let you give yourself permission to stop juggling so many different tasks.
