Overall the book was enjoyable, but there was just such a lack of chemistry between Maya and Noah and the characters where pretty flat.
For me personally the pacing was really weird and sometimes the timeskips where hard to follow and i had no idea what was happening. It also felt really slow, but in a way where i just thought it was very dragging.
There was also misogyny that i found uncomfortable to read and some scenes that made me cringe / uncomfortable (mainly the ass slapping scenes, they was just not necessary)
And overall i would have loved to see more spanish rep. Because even though maya and santi are spanish we don’t see much of it and it wished we could have seen more spanish culture.
Still, it was an enjoyable romance book with some good spice.
