The story of The Stricken was dark and beautifully written. Morgan is a great and creative writer and I think that this book is going to be popular.

The magic system really was unique and the world (or worlds) were well built and interesting. The parallel worlds were well established and it was really interesting to read what was happening in both of them. 

The characters were interesting and complex. The story was full of twists and turns. The pace was quite fast but not too fast. The book was action packed from start to finish and kept me hooked on. The ending had some surprises that I didn’t see coming.

Overall I really liked the book and I give it full 5⭐️
