This started out interesting and tanked after the first 2 issues. In the end,

of course Wanda doesn't stay dead, Magneto is not found guilty and punished, and we solve a "problem" with mutant resurrection that I hadn't even considered or thought to be a problem before.

Very much a non-event and not worth reading.
