I absolutely loved this book! Don’t let the length scare you. The chapters are really short, so the book goes by pretty quickly. It is supposed to be a trilogy which was not something I knew going into this but the way that they do the cliff hanger makes it palatable to just wait for the next book which comes out next year. I really enjoy the character of Lyra and the like slow burn that her and Hades kind of have with each other and her friend Boone that comes in later is great too and so you know it’ll be okay. I haven’t read much with fantasy and Greek gods I thought this was really well done and I also enjoyed the extra things that the author added and changed about the Greek gods I just thoroughly enjoyed this book and I am looking forward to reading the next one and I hope the cliffhanger for the next book is similar.
