The beginning of the book was very cute, but I had a hard time being interested as the book went on. I’m not sure if it’s just me but it felt like some moments went by too slow and other moments went too fast. I also didn’t love the way Stella talked to Olive sometimes and didn’t fully love Stella as a character. Maybe I would have liked her more if the author did dual POV so we could have heard her thought process behind her words and actions. Olive was okay and relatable but feel like she could have been more dimensional. There were a lot of cute parts in the book especially the first few chapters.
