Wallflower in Bloom by Elise Kennedy

5.0

Just finished "Wallflower in Bloom" and oh my goodness, what a read! First off, I absolutely adored how the main character names her plants.  And can we talk about Violet's adorable awkwardness around Jack in the beginning? It was so relatable and endearing.

The sibling dynamic in this book was pure gold – the way they looked out for Violet and their protectiveness was just heartwarming.  I can't help but root for them all!
But what really stole my heart was having a curvy female main character who is celebrated exactly as she is. No one's trying to change her, especially not the male lead. It's about time we see more representation like this in literature.

If you're looking for a book that's charming, relatable, has lots of spice, and celebrates real bodies and sibling bonds, "Wallflower in Bloom" is definitely one to pick up!

Thank you to Elise Kennedy for providing me an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
