This was a really good book. So cleverly written. I leave out one star because I'm REALLY conflicted by the ending; I'm not sure if I loved it or hated it. This has nothing to do with whether I thought the conclusion was 'good' or 'bad' because I think a good thriller will have you wrestling with a million ideas of how things will end and then pull the carpet out from under you, and THAT it did. It was a great ending, in theory, because it leaves you feeling gutted and hallow, uncomfortable like its characters.

I guess I'm just more of a boring, poetic justice kind of girl. It was a fun ride though.

Now I'm gonna go watch the movie!
