Look I knew I was going to love Hunter so much and I was not even a little wrong. 

Hunter is recovering from his gunshot wound when piper comes to town. She’s bought the old resort. She’s going to remodel in honor of her friend Jenn, who went missing there when they were children. Piper also has a Tibetan mastiff called Bruno! 

I love how Piper and Hunters relationship grew from friends to more. He was really just always there for her and I loved how she learned to trust and lean on him. Such a good romance! 

Someone isn’t happy about Piper trying to reopen though. And they will do pretty much anything to stop it. I had an idea of who the bad guy would be but I liked seeing how it all played out. The suspense and reveal was so well done! 

Also, for the ones who worry… Bruno is fine!
