I love Hilary's author's note which points out the ABSOLUTE MESS left behind once Cromwell died.

Wow! What a trilogy. I always thought it would be out of my league, but Mantel's writing is so accessible. The dialogue makes you feel like you're there and I'm so glad I started the audiobook versions.

I know he did a lot of horrible things...but I'm officially a Cromwell stan. Or should I say, CRUMB.
