Keep the Memories, Lose the Stuff: Declutter, Downsize, and Move Forward with Your Life by Matt Paxton
3.0
A good book that I am not quite the right target audience for. It was part memoir, which was nice but didn't help me learn to let go of my own stuff. It also seemed aimed more at retirement-age people deciding to downsize for a move, and people cleaning out other peoples' homes (i.e. deceased loved one).
That said, I love his 12 tips, especially the Ten Minute Sweep. This rule is just to get you in the habit of decluttering. We need to commit to those ten minutes every day until it becomes part of our daily routine. A bit more focused than my "more stuff leaves the house than comes into it over a month."
