The synopsis drew me in straight away, this book sounds amazing. But, the worldbuilding wasn't set up very well, imo. Instead of setting up the characters and the world, we're thrown in with no information and introduced to a bunch of characters, the two main characters had such a similar voice that I forgot who was speaking half the time.
I don't know, maybe I'll pick this up at a later date, but for now it was just 'meh'.
