“I want Patroclus.
I want Helen.
I mean to have them. Permanently.”

This is the third book in the world of Dark Olympus. The spot for Ares is now open and the contestants must compete against each other in order to win the title.

The trials brought something new and interesting into the world.

Seeing other reviews, many seem to have not liked Achilles, but I genuinely loved him and felt his personality was very “on-brand.”

Meanwhile, I didn’t care for Helen much. She was fine, but I found her to be rather selfish. Her inner monologues were repetitive and frustrated me at times. I wish the dynamics between the three of them were further explored. Then I probably would have liked her a little more.

PATROCLUS IS SUPERIOR. He was an angel.

As per usual, the spice was great, which is expected of Katee Robert. She never fails.

I wish there had been an epilogue. Fingers crossed that we will get to hear about their relationship in future books!
