Perhaps the most dramatic moment is Winry facing Scar, and that's enough of me spoiling this book. I feel that the author has a serious streak here, the action developing nicely, and more of the mystery peeled. The over-arching objective is now clearer - the circle under the whole of the region. But why? We have to see.
