Dead Man's Folly by Agatha Christie
4.0
82. Published in 1956, we, the reader are treated with a Hercule Poirot story minus Hastings (he appears fine and dandy, just briefly mentioned). An author enlists the aid of Poirot when she becomes hired to write a story for a game of clue. Since the board game appeared in 1949, I am going to guess that it inspired the author for the story for this book. I always am delighted and amazed with this authors mysteries as I can never guess before the reveal who the culprit or culprits are.
