A Place Without You by Jewel E. Ann
2.0
I remember the main character being extremely immature and frustrating. Although, I appreciated her taking the time to travel and grow up and then being reunited with Bohdi.
General note: I will say this, Ann's books are some of the most realistic romances I've read. They don't sugarcoat matters, they have many ups and downs, resembling real life, and can be heartbreakingly real at times. A bit too real for me at the time of reading. I was looking for escapism and her books were rooted a bit to close to reality.
That being said, I do believe she is a great writer. Her books, I think, center more around self-discovery and the curveballs that life throws at us, than actual romance.
