A great book, but didn't stay with me in a way that is significant. The pacing was odd, the first 150 pages and the last 200 pages flew by and I ate it up but the story was entirely too long and fluffy in the middle. Yes, there was important information but it wasn't gripping the way the rest of the story was. I do plan on continuing the series, as I am invested in both Kvothe and Bast's stories.
