I was expecting to much more from this book. All the others only got better as they went but I thought there would a lot more answers but honestly we didn’t get much more THE END.
I liked the fluffy moments between the Bonded as usual. However individually I felt like the men dissolved as individuals in this book.
Also we never got any real answer as to what was driving this whole conflict, how the god bonds got there and their purpose, etc. it was all very “just because I said so” lol
Also I really thought the last battle/confrontation with the Pain god would be more… I intense? Oli and her bond group were just too powerful for this conflict to even be believable. Nothing truly challenged them.
All of this was wrapped up in the last 80 pages of the book iand I just felt so unsatisfied :(
