Every plot comes to a head as the rebellion and romance run rampant with questions, secrets revealed, side adventures beyond the palace walls, and a changing world. A fantastic, entertaining beloved book of the series, at its peak with all the best parts. And a perfect ending to the series that’s sure to have you on the edge of your seat, reading the entire book in a single day; laughing, crying, screaming, smiling, and feeling all the feels!
Moderate: Death of parent and War
Minor: Death, Gun violence, Infertility, Sexual content, and Injury/Injury detail
A character gets shot though it is not described with gore it is extremely painful to heal. Characters die unexpectedly. Attacks are frequent and action takes a much larger place in the series. There are brief mentions of dark pasts including; assault, abuse, miscarriage, fear of infertility, and grief. And slightly more heated scenes are introduced though all remain PG-13 and Teen/YA romance mildly. And an ending that is sure to leave you shook and utterly jaw dropped as the final chapters ensue utter chaos to shocking lengths.
