“The Graham Effect” 🏒 This was my first Elle Kennedy (audio) book and it got me hooked! The hockey romance (which are my favorite) with the good girl legacy and the bad boy who really was pure love and overcoming so much. Also love that Ryder idealized Gigi’s Dad before falling for her (you must listen to the Off-Campus series because you’ll love her Dad too). I relistened to this audio book more than any other! Perfect narrators for these characters. Also the spice was perfect!

The parents of FMC had abuse and trauma physical (including rape), mentally and some is briefly mentioned in this book. The MMC of this book’s mother was murdered by his father in front of him when he was a child, he also had to go into the foster care system.
